In primitive societies, everyone had to do physical labor to do any work. Sometimes they could not stand physical work. To escape this burden, they submitted to separate kings or religions. But today, urban civil societies are more specialized. Improved management created new professional alternatives to physical labor.
Thus, the need for management and the amount of management is increasing day by day.

Now I will show and discuss different areas of management from different perspectives:

(A) Organizational structure
Management plays an important role in the family, society and in achieving the goal of the organization. Management plays an active role in households, societies, enterprises, state organizations, and various types of organizations.

(B) Functional volume
Understanding the functional area in a business or enterprise is very important. A functional structure includes elements that are defined, directed, organized, motivated, and controlled.

Management programs or organizational levels are divided into three levels such as 1. High level, 2. Middle level, 3. Low level.


1. Top management: at this level management policy , planning, etc. it was headed by a senior manager. At this stage, the board of directors, CEO, president and owners of the company remain.

2. Middle management: setting guidelines, policies and planning at a high level are the main functions of middle management. Apart from manager and middle manager, function managers remain at this level.

3. Lower level management: At this stage or lower level management consists of masters and supervisors. Middle managers are selected for quality work. This is sometimes called First Line Management.

(D) Scope related to field or department
To ensure the quality of the work, the work is divided into departments, sections and sections. For example...
1. Production management: refers to the management principles of production functions, production decisions, product selection in the factory. In addition, production management includes planning, organizing, managing and controlling the production process.

2. Procurement management. In a business environment, this is one of the most important functions of organizing a purchasing system. There are a lot of things to do in the purchasing department, like ensuring smooth supply of materials for business operations, generating revenue from purchases, etc.

3. Marketing management. Marketing management is a very difficult task for a business. This helps the company identify potential sources of successful products to market and then market them in high volumes.

4. Personnel management: Personnel management includes the functions of job selection, assignment, training, development and reward. These functions are performed by the Human Resources Department in coordination with other departments.

5. Financial management. Managing a business can be difficult for you. There are many things to consider to help your business run smoothly. In financial management, decisions are made about investments in fixed assets or working capital.
Financial management is a very important area of ​​management.

6. Office management. Office management is an important part of general management. Accounting is the function of planning, organizing, advising and controlling accounting, obligations and their performance. A company must perform these functions to achieve its goals.

(E) Area of ​​strategic management
In order to perform better, the company should apply different types of strategies. Strategic management is a continuous business process in which the organization sets and analyzes goals to satisfy all existing competitors. It refers to the process of collecting and providing information for strategic purposes in this field. It helps to analyze all the factors affecting the organization.

(F) Area required
It is the understanding of some of the supporting processes that enable the company to function better. For this purpose, the company is divided into several departments, departments, associations and regions.

Today, we live in modern times and apply modern management strategies. Management is currently applied to all types of work in companies and organizations.
