Classification of Personality-Different Types of Personality

Personality is a set of characteristics of a person, which can be good or bad. People are usually attracted to a person with a good and strong character. People have many personality types. The writer and researcher known as Holland divides the personality into six parts depending on its nature. They are explained below.


1. a specific person. In a real person , a person is real. He sees everything realistically. This personality type is often natural and normal. These people may not like anything artificial and will try to focus on the real thing.

2. Researcher. A person with a wise character is a very analytical type of person. They analyze things clearly and precisely. The person asking is usually thoughtful and takes time to make up his mind. Curiosity is his nature.

3. Social identity. This type of person usually helps everyone and cares about the development of others. A person with a social personality is usually friendly and takes responsibility on his shoulders. In fact, such people are extroverted personality types.

4. Common personality. People with this personality or situational personality are usually law-abiding. They follow all the rules and regulations of the law and do not deviate from it. They are always disciplined and this is how they lead their lives. They expect other people close to them to enforce these rules and regulations. A traditional person is realistic and very strict about his work and duties.

5. Entrepreneurial person. This type of person is very active, self-confident and has high expectations. Go to work with confidence. And one of the common traits of people with an entrepreneurial nature is that they usually don't quit until they succeed. They are very fond of new projects and their profit and loss, amount of risk, etc. They perceive every task as a challenge.

6. Artistic individuality. Artistic people have artistic inclinations. Instead of being based on facts, they mostly deal with emotions. They have many ideological tendencies. If they cannot control themselves, conceptions and pleasures will haunt them for the rest of their lives.


From the above discussion, we can recognize six personality types in ourselves. As an employee, employee or manager of an organization, we must be aware of this and analyze this behavior to achieve the organization's goal and also know the identity of the person close to us.
