What is the Relation between Motivation and Morale

Both motivation and morality are subject to mental emotions. But they are very related to each other. We know that motivation is the process of creating and developing the performance or motivation of the employee or worker. Morality, on the other hand, is a mental force. Mental strength for work is called moral . If the mental strength is high and strong, it is called high spirit. On the contrary, if the mental power is low and weak, it is called low morale.

However, if there is no work motivation, it is rare that enthusiasm for work is generated. Motivation increases and creates motivation and desire to work and morale gradually increases in the process. Therefore, we can say that motivation and morality are closely related.
